Location: San Francisco, CA. Pacific Heights (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Hourly, Non-Exempt

Availability: Typically 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Be available on weekends occasionally and with notice. 

Compensation: Depending on experience from $45-$55/hr. Discretionary year-end bonus (up to 20%), health insurance, 10 days paid vacation, holidays, 5 sick days. An annualized base compensation from $110k-125k/year range. The family may be open to a higher compensation package commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Role: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury home care, eye for detail, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service. Candidates will be actively working with other staff members and the security team. 

Requirements: Knows to use an iPhone, Mac laptop, G suite apps, WhatsApp, can lift up to 30lbs packages and speaks fluent English. 

Hiring date: Starting August 2025 before the school year begins.

Location: Woodside, CA, 94062 (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Hourly, Non-Exempt

Availability: Typically 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. Be available to travel and work on weekends (occasionally).

Compensation: Depending on experience from $55-$65/hr. Discretionary year-end bonus, health insurance, 12 days paid vacation, holidays, 5 sick days. An annualized base compensation from $125k- $140k/year range. The family may be open to a higher compensation package commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Role: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood education and is willing to adjust between having full charge of children and then working as a team with the mother. This family wants someone who can proactively search for fun activities or events for the children to do as well as pitching in with some light housekeeping when the housekeeper is not on site. 

Requirements: Knows to use an iPhone, Mac laptop, G suite apps (tracking inventory in Sheets, updating kids calendar in Google Calendar) and WhatsApp. 

Hiring date: ASAP, summer 2025 

Location: San Mateo, CA, 94404 (On-site and Off-Site)

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Salary

Availability: Typically 7am-3pm Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday. Also available 1 evening a month for dinner events.  

Compensation: Depending on experience from $120k/$135k/year. Health insurance stipend, 10 days paid vacation, 8 holidays, 5 sick days. 

Role: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and plant based diets. Both Principals eat very healthy and travel a lot needing food packed carefully. Candidates will cook mostly in their own kitchen and only set up meals in the property as requested. 

Requirements: Knows to use an iPhone, Mac laptop, G suite apps, WhatsApp and can lift up to 30lbs packages. Family has a friendly 15 lbs dog and candidates must be OK with the dog around.
