Once the $200 registration fee is paid you can estimate from 4 to 7 business days to get in touch with candidates. Most applicants are seeking immediate employment.

While we do not provide employee payroll or tax fillings, we can connect you with payroll companies that can help you. As a household employer all payroll tax compliance is your responsibility.

While all personal information is kept private until hiring, you can learn about their education, work history and experience.

Once the placement fee has been paid in full, we will replace a candidate for any reason and at no additional cost within 12 months.

If you choose to offer benefits package it will depend on each candidate. Most of applicants seek for opportunities where vacation and sick days are paid. Also many packages include medical insurance, 401K, life and disability insurance, etc.

Once you have selected to employ a candidate we run a background check, verify former employees and contact references. These results are typically returned within 7 business days.
